Thursday 10 October, 10:00am: Social Issues in the Fens Partners Forum, theme: the effects and consequences of The Universal Welfare Reform Act April 2013 with keynote speakers Niall Cooper (CAP), Peter Sidgwick (Lincoln Social Services), Stuart Hellon (Boston CAB), David Winterton (DWP) with Rev Andrew Vaughan & Rev Jonathan Sibley; Market House, Long Sutton (PE12 9DD).
